How can the identity of women be formed over 20 aged in Korean society? I divided into three.

 

1. Woman, wife and wiper

2. Woman, wife and true mother

3. Woman, wife and experienced woman

 

If the last one is simply a wiper, it is a case of being neglected and ignored at home as a mother and as a wife. I am aware that many women belong to this class in Korean society. It is the most miserable case as a woman.

Secondly, if the last one is true mother, it can be said that the woman of this case succeeded to some extent. Maybe she did not succeed socially, but if her life as a mother is respected by her children, does she get success as a woman?

Third, if the last one is experienced woman, she is a successful woman as a wife and as a mother to some extent. And also She is a socially successful woman. This case is uncommon. But now, for the identity of this third woman, I think that the concept of family and the concept of work in society should be revised as well. In addition to the share of husband's family affairs and the division of childcare, I also think that the opportunity should be given to woman to recover her career when she is cut off from pregnancy and childcare. It is a reality that women quit their job due to pregnancy and childbirth, and it is said that women are given signs of unpleasure by marriage alone. The environment should be improved that women can work with the concept of work for a lifetime. Although it has changed a lot from the past, it is still urgent to improve the social climate.
