     It was middle school science time. The science teacher said that the science test would be evaluated as 30% of the usual practice score and 70% of the written test. Then, She named and raised students who got the perfect score from the practical score before the written examination. And she said: "You are the persons who are likely to get a full score. Do not let me down. Do your best. I'll look forward to it." I was proud to stand up in the voices of my teacher, and I had the will to get perfect score on this exam. As a result, I did not get 100 points in the other subjects, but I got full marks only in science. The fact that someone is watching, expecting, and believing in me has made me passionate and determined to live up to his expectations.

     In fact, this psychology has been studied in sociological psychology, and that is "the Rosenthal effect." Rosenthal, a professor at Harvard University, and Reno Jacobson, a 20-year-old primary school principal, conducted intelligence tests on all students at an elementary school in San Francisco, USA. They randomly selected 20% of the students in the class and gave the list to the teachers, who led them to believe that they were highly intellectual and / or highly likely to improve their academic achievement. Most of the students who were nominated after eight months occupied higher rank. Through this experiment, we can see that if someone evaluates and believes students positively and does not break his expectations, results to live up to that expectations will come ture.

    The reason for this result is not only that the teachers have given great expectation and praise to the students, but also that students have tried to respond to particular beliefs toward them and they consider themselves as particular. Positive expectations come to make them have positive beliefs about themselves and have produced positive results.

     We who believe in God have faith that we are saved because of the sacrifice of Jesus. the son of God. God loves us as much as that. So we believe that we are special and precious. These positive beliefs about ourselves, to look at us in a special way, to cherish us, these all things will make us get good fruits, and good results in all our actions.
